Sesame Kale Chips

You’ll love these sesame flavored kale chips from Everyday Paleo Sarah Fragoso’s newest cookbook.
When you’re looking for a crispy chip alternative with great flavor, these will do the trick!
- 1 bunch kale, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 tblspn soy sauce
- 1 tblspn sesame oil
- 1 tblspn olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Combine soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Rub kale leaves with sesame oil and soy sauce.
- Lay out on baking sheet
- Cook for 12 minutes.
- Enjoy the crispy goodness without the guilt of chips!
Note: I used a bag of washed and torn kale pieces. They were small but all the extra prep work was already done!
