You’ll love these sesame flavored kale chips from Everyday Paleo Sarah Fragoso’s newest cookbook.

When you’re looking for a crispy chip alternative with great flavor, these will do the trick!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bunch kale, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tblspn soy sauce
  • 1 tblspn sesame oil
  • 1 tblspn olive oil

DESCRIPTION:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Combine soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  3. Rub kale leaves with sesame oil and soy sauce.
  4. Lay out on baking sheet
  5. Cook for 12 minutes.
  6. Enjoy the crispy goodness without the guilt of chips!

Note: I used a bag of washed and torn kale pieces. They were small but all the extra prep work was already done!

NUTRITION: Makes four 1-cup servings: 96 calories, 7g carbs, 1.5g fiber, 2.5g protein per serving
